- Sales - You will be responsible for a number of mid-large sized accounts.
- Channel Management - Partners will look to you as their key client stakeholder.You will work closely with your vendor team to manage these partners, ensure they follow renewal best practices and enable them to maximize revenue from their existing customer base.
Most of all, you have a commitment to providing Enterprise customers with the best possible experience.
- Participate in the design, development, and implementation of programs to increase the client Enterprise renewal business.
- Drive the renewal process by responding to incoming customer inquiries and resolving any issues prior to contract expiration.
- Pro-actively make suggestions to the company’s business owners to increase productivity, conversion rates and renewal value.
