In charge of service desk and end user support for computers, mobile devices, software and applications.
- Able to answer calls and ensure that incidents or usage request
- To support Chinese version for both current and future releases of all supported software i,e OS, MS office and CAD etc.
- To rectify simple faults such as cleaning of disk drives, jammed laser printers, virus scanning and removal, reconfigure the Desktop Computer setup such as BIOS and CMOS settings etc
- To escalate issues relating to some in house software to appropriate parties
- to support web/ cloud/ mobile based application (web browsers/ accessing internet & intranet)
- Install/ uninstall system/ security patches, update system/ drivers
- Managing of hardware & software assets
- Min Diploma in IT or at least 1 year of similar working experience
- Experience in supporting Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and Engineering Application Software e.g. Microstation from Bentley, all Autodesk products including Revit & AutoCAD etc
- MUST be able to converse in Chinese
- Working hours: Staggered working hours between 8am - 6pm (Mondays to Fridays)
