Business Development Manager (Health Care and HR related)

Job Description

• Be one of the very first batch of colleagues in Singapore and report to the HQs in Hong Kong
• Help to formulate Company’s strategic plan for the healthcare personnel staffing solutions business
• Execute business strategies to start and grow the business
• Build and lead the start-up team to achieve the business targets and monitor the implementation of approved strategies to drive the business result 
• Explore and acquire business opportunities in the Healthcare Industry, including hospitals, clinics and private individuals. 
• Ensure the team is running smoothly and efficiently in accordance with the Company business development plans and objectives
• Be responsible for Profit and Loss of the team and be a contributor and leader of the Company

Requirements

• Degree from a good university or comparable
• Minimum 4 years related working experience 
• Good relationship and knowledge in Healthcare / HR Industry is an advantage
• Strong leadership with strategic thinking
• Good interpersonal skill and decision making
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
• Traveling may be required (Very occasionally)
