Analyst Programmer (HR/Payroll Software)

Key Responsibilities: -

  • Analyse, customize, develop, and perform enhancements for the existing software system

  • Identify User requirements and perform analytical studies to translate into IT solutions for meeting clients’ industry needs

  • Support the execution of software project implementation and documentation

  • Perform troubleshooting and supporting users on daily Application support issues

  • Drive the technical solutions include design, troubleshooting and testing to deliver quality solutions/services to the clients

  • Involve in software program implementation and system migration to support Users

  • Perform all other Applications support duties as and when being assigned to meet the Company business objectives

 

Requirement: -

  • Min. Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/IT or its equivalent

  • Relevant Diploma holder with more years of experience can be considered

  • At least 3-years relevant experience in developing Applications of HR/Payroll Software System

  • Proficient in Microsoft Visual Studio 2002/2005/2008/2010/2012 development tool

  • Familiar with .NET Framework: ASP.NET, VB.NET

  • Experience with Visual Basic 6.0/Web Services/Store Procedure/VBA/XML

  • Well versed in HTML/CSS/jQuery/AJAX/Bookstrap/Json

  • Hands-on exposures in relational database schema design and optimization

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Operating System environment, network connectivity, hardware/software, Pervasive SQL database and Microsoft SQL

  • Extensive experience in Web/SMS/Mobile Applications

  • Strong hands-on experience in System/Application troubleshooting

  • Experience in reporting tools or components for Web Application

  • Good interpersonal communications skills

  • Good documentation, analytical and onsite problem-solving skills

  • Demonstrate teamwork approach and work independently as well

  • Bilingual in English and Chinese to communicate with the business associates
