You will be responsible for answering and managing appointments calls or handling general enquiries from members of public and patients with the highest service quality and operational standards.
- GCE N + Certificate of Office skills or O or A Level
- Experience in a Call Centre environment or any Service related industries
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
