Job Description

  • Provide administrative support to the colleague or related department.
  • Assist in frontline duties and provide information to customer.
  • Liaise between departments to ensure smooth coordination
  • Data-entry and filing of documents
  • Handle cashiering and billing enquires
  • Handling enquiries.

Requirement

  • GCE ‘N’ Levels / O Levels / A Levels / Diploma
  • Training provided on the job!
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, pleasant disposition
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
