The HR & Admin Executive shall be responsible for the roles in:-

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, shortlisting of candidates and conducting face to face interviews.
  • Follow up with potential candidates after interviews.
  • Provide simple IT support and email account setup for new associates.
  • Prepare SOP items for new associates.
  • Participate in recruitment events and projects.
  • Prepare offer letters for selected candidates.
  • Register the selected candidates for tutorial training classes and exams.
  • Assist in the contract signing process.
  • Ensure training plans are scheduled and monitor progress and completion status.
  • Prepare reports/spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel.
  • Draft PowerPoint slides for presentation.
  • Update daily interview schedules and work appointments.
  • Liaise with secretaries on sales production figures for meetings and reviews.
  • Purchase of office stationery, name cards, newsletters, diaries, calendars, wreaths & births and other ad hoc items.
  • Any other admin duties a assigned.
  • Applicants must be a Singaporean to qualify
  • Possess a Diploma from a recognised institution.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Words, Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Competent in handling general administrative duties.
  • A detailed and result oriented candidate with 1 or 2 years relevant experience will be an added advantage.
