Your new role
You will be responsible for building strong relationships with the Managing Director and Leadership Team and work closely with them to assess current and future recruitment requirements, conduct screening of applicants, including phone screening and initial interviews. You will also be responsible for market-mapping and competitor analysis so you are able to provide business stakeholders with up-to-date market information and a pipeline of talent. You'll also be the main point of contact for universities and student organisations together with the responsibility of utilising social media to attract top-level graduates and interns. Your responsibilities will also include managing the internal referral process and ensure high quality Assessment Centres are held on a regular basis.
What you'll need to succeed
This role will suit either an individual who is already within an Internal Recruitment role or someone who has previous recruitment experience within an agency and is now looking for a fresh challenge. You will be passionate and committed to driving the Hays brand forward by hiring consultants who suit the Hays methodology. You'll demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders. This is a business critical role within Hays Singapore and requires an enthusiastic, individual who will represent Hays as an employer of choice in all communications with both potential and existing employees. You'll be passionate about people and show commercial acumen and business credibility
