- Handle invoices and data entry into accounting system
- Prepare and keep records of payments and receipts
- Reconcile sales receipts and accounts payables
- Reconcile bank statements
- Maintain and keep proper records of documents
- Other administrative duties as assigned
- Minimum Diploma in Accountancy and/or relevant accounts qualification
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Proficient in Microsoft office especially in using Excel
- Experience with Oracle system will be an added advantage
- Meticulous and accuracy is a must
- Pleasant personality and able to communicate well
