Responsibilities:

  • To assist in full aspect of accounting function
  • To prepare, check, verify and process invoices, delivery orders and payments
  • To maintain and reconcile the cash flow, bank statement and ensure that reconciliations are completed timely
  • To assist in preparation of GST returns
  • To assist in preparation of monthly financial statements and related reports
  • To provide administration support to accounting team and the Management in the functions like timesheet management, expense claims management, requisition purchasing, order entry, insurance, licensing etc

Requirements:

  • 'A' level / Diploma / other accounting certification
  • Strong in numbers and like deskbound job
  • Speedy, responsive and like working in a fast moving environment
  • Proficient in MS office & Excel skills
  • Training will be provided for selected candidate without relevant experience
  • Experience in SAGE Accpac accounting software an added advantage
