Sales Support:-

1- To help sales team looks for sales opportunities in Singapore and share the contact to our sales team. / Market Survey / Small opportunity in Singapore

2- Help the sales personnel to understand technical enquiries as well as joining sales meeting with customer.

3- To provide presales support.

4- Meeting the client for technical sales discussion.


1. Undertaking local Singapore incident tickets.

2. Account Management/ first escalation to existing local clients in singapore

3- Become the focal point in Singapore between client and  SSCS

4- Managing existing Service Partners in Singapore.



1- Good technical skills and knowledge on servers, storage and switches on various platform.

2- Familiar with breakfix support on third party environment

3- Pleasant looks with good communication skills.

4- Customer service oriented

5- Few year experiences in pre-sales support will be an advantage.
