Our Client is a leading global manufacturer of electronic instruments and electromechanical devices;, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Admin Assistant (5 Months Contract)
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Assist in stock count and reconciliation, parts sourcing, purchase/repair order issuance, and work order creation
- Assist Quality Assurance in record keeping
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior
- Min N/O Levels with some relevant working experience
- 1 year administrative experience
- Supply Chain/Logistics knowledge preferred
- Experience with ERP systems preferred
- Good communication skills - ability to communicate with cross functional teams as necessary
- Proficient in Microsoft office especially in excel
- Meticulous and displays positive attitude
- Location: Changi
- Working Days/ Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm
