We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a positive attitude, be responsive, eager to learn, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with customers, drivers, and internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding sales inquiries, service requests, and delivery-related matters, while providing excellent customer service and building strong customer relationships.
• Communicate proactively with customers regarding delivery arrangements, updates, and any service-related issues while managing customer expectations professionally.
• Process customer orders accurately and coordinate order fulfillment closely with drivers and the operations team to ensure timely delivery.
• Update and maintain accurate records of customer orders, delivery schedules, and operational information within internal systems.
• Manage a fleet of drivers on daily delivery operations, monitor delivery progress, and handle any operational or performance-related issues that may arise.

Requirements

• Good problem-solving skills and ability to manage customer expectations professionally.
