What you’ll be responsible for: 

As a Senior Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Analyst, you’ll join our Investigation Operations (IO) team helping detect fraudulent activity, suspicious/illegal behaviors and patterns and drive projects focused on preventing and detecting financial crime. What you'll work on:

What you’ll bring to Circle:

• 3+ years experience conducting AML alert review, investigation and applicable reporting, strong knowledge of AML regulations.

The selected candidate will join the Transaction Monitoring Team in the Bank's Compliance Department. He/She is expected to demonstrate understanding of the prevailing AML regulations specific to Singapore. The roles and responsibilities include the following:

• Act as the single ASO front door for Transaction Banking-related technology, process improvement, regulatory, efficiency, and transformation demands from TBOA, regional stakeholders, branches, and country teams.

• Understand Transaction Banking business issues and translate business needs into clear scope, expected outcomes, business value, feasibility, risk considerations, and prioritised demand items.

• Partner with Transaction Banking leadership and IT to translate strategic objectives into prioritized technology initiatives, based on business value, regulatory/risk impact, delivery capacity, and technical feasibility. 

• Manage the Operations demand pipeline, service backlog, and initiative inventory, ensuring alignment with ASO portfolio management, investment planning, and MTBP priorities.

• Shape practical Operations improvement initiatives by leveraging reusable capabilities such as AI, data, workflow tools, APIs, and existing enterprise platforms.

• Work with the AI & Data Team, Architecture, Risk/Compliance, and delivery teams to prioritise, pilot, govern, and operationalise AI/data use cases for Transaction Banking.

• Assess whether existing ASO capabilities, standard patterns, or shared platforms can be reused before Transaction Banking stakeholders pursue external vendors or bespoke solutions.
  

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years' experience in financial services with a background in Transaction Banking, project management, operations controls.

• Experience in market products such as payments, deposits, loans, and front-to-back operations processes.

• Experience bridging business and IT teams, translating business needs into requirements, scope, priorities, and business cases.

• Experience driving system development, process improvement, digital transformation, regulatory change, workflow optimisation, or automation initiatives.

Global Transaction Banking Department (GTBD)

Your key roles & responsibilities include:

• Acquire and apply expertise in trade finance and cash management, including proposal development, deal execution, and product knowledge.
• Leverage acquired skills to drive transaction banking business growth across APAC branches and contribute to overall business development in the APAC region.

Role Overview

Savills is seeking anexperienced Regional Transaction Manager to support the day‑to‑day execution oftransaction management services for one of Savills’ largest and mostsophisticated global occupier accounts, while also providing selective supportacross additional regional Global Occupier Services accounts as required.

The RegionalTransaction Manager will work closely with the account’s Primary Strategy Lead,regional and local brokerage teams, and client stakeholders. Over time, andsubject to performance, the role is expected to develop the capability toassume greater ownership of the primary account.

KeyResponsibilities

• Day‑to‑day execution of lease transactions across the regional portfolio, including renewals, relocations, expansions, contractions, and exits.
• Review, abstract, and interpret existing commercial leases, including leases drafted in Simplified and Traditional Chinese.
• Translate key commercial lease terms into clear English‑language summaries suitable for regional and global stakeholders..
• Transaction‑level financial analysis, including renewal vs relocation comparisons, cash flow modelling, and NPV analysis.
• Develop clearly structured site‑specific recommendations, including renewal, relocation, restructure, or exit options.
• Support or lead commercial negotiations in collaboration with local Savills brokerage teams.

Required Experience& Qualifications

• Approximately 5+ years’ experience in commercial real estate transaction management, tenant representation, or corporate real estate advisory.
• Experience supporting large corporate or global occupier accounts within a structured delivery environment.
• Strong understanding of office leasing structures and transaction processes across Asia Pacific.
• Proficiency in Simplified Chinese (spoken and written) isrequired for this role as the incumbent will need to review,interpret and translate commercial lease agreements and related documents,and communicate with Chinese-speaking clients and stakeholders as part of daily responsibilities.
• Proficiency in Traditional Chinese would be an advantage.
• Proven experience in financial modelling and real estate transaction analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams with a high level of accuracy and discipline.

Jobs Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth investigation and assessment of transaction monitoring alerts escalated to L2, ensuring compliance with AML/CTF regulations and internal policies
