Key Responsibility:

Aiming to develop targeted brand awareness (creation of brand amplifiers and endorsers) and business generation (sales),the role will focus on developing and nurturing long-lasting relations with customers in a general extent – in particular with walk-in customers and related gathering circles – with ability to inspire through the uniqueness of V-ZUG luxury brand and products’ features, and capacity to design solutions and close sales deals.

The position is recognized as a professional brand advisor, mature and driven, with the ability to work independently to provide consultancy on solutions, onsite demonstrations on products and its most relevant features and advantages. V-ZUG Singapore operates 7 days a week.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. Inspire and close sales of walk-in customers.
2. Implement structured sales control and planning, always having the cockpit of Retail pipelines under control, with the ability to balance attention between short-term needs and mid-term objectives.
3. Monitor and benchmark activities from key competitors on Sales and Marketing, also as a matter of input for definition of distinctive sales strategy and brand proposition.
4. Lead, design, implement and execute sales strategies.
5. Proactively involve in branding activities, both in the brand experience and V-ZUG showroom targeting the whole stakeholders’ base.
6. The position actively stimulates enforcement of the highest standards of service by liaising with Service team, including installation / handover, to be recognized as the best in the market in all respects.
7. The position ensures strict enforcement – with no compromise – on ethical business and respect of V-ZUG brand and role in the market, in respect of pricings and payment policies. V-ZUG does not cordon any forms of fraud, corruption, and bribery of any kinds. The position must report immediately to management of any suspicions based on real evidence or solid insights.
8. Job requires this position at front desk duties in showroom and support colleagues during events in the showroom. V-ZUG emphasizes the culture of teamwork in the organization.
9. Provide weekly visit and sales reports.

10.  Achieve and exceed sales target KPIs set.

Position Summary

This position play a critical role in driving compliance and quality programs for Healthcare Transportation & Facilities and supporting the Healthcare Quality Management System to ensure processes and systems are compliant with regional and local regulations and customer requirements.

Requirements :

1. Hold local pharmacist license

2. Have at least 5 -7 years of relevant experience in warehouse, quality + QMS for pharmaceutical / healthcare industry in quality related role

3. Experience working in warehouse is desire

4. Have competencies in quality assurance / regulatory affairs, customer relationship management and root cause analysis

The Senior Executive / Market Advisor helps Singapore companies expand internationally by providing guidance, market insights, and support to establish and grow their presence overseas. You’ll focus on markets in South Asia, the Middle East, or Africa, working to connect Singapore businesses with opportunities abroad while building partnerships with local and foreign companies. This role reports to the Country Head.

Job Responsibilities

1. Building Relationships:

• Build and maintain connections with Singapore and foreign companies, as well as key stakeholders like political officeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective, customer-focused solutions.

2. Market Expertise and Strategy:

• Research and analyze market trends in assigned regions (South Asia, Middle East, or Africa).
• Create strategies for prioritizing markets and identifying business opportunities for Singapore companies.
• Provide advice, facilitate partnerships, and assist in business matching to help companies achieve deals and contracts.

3. Supporting Singapore Businesses:

• Plan and manage events like market B2B roundtables, business missions, and networking sessions to promote market awareness.
• Assist Singapore companies with market entry, partnerships, investments, and setting up operations abroad.
• Build a network of local and international partners to strengthen market connections and knowledge.

4. Delivering Customer Excellence:

• Coordinate activities and events to help businesses explore and understand overseas markets.
• Follow up with Singapore companies to ensure successful outcomes from business missions and events.
• Track and report on event outcomes and business engagements in CRM.

5. Secretariat Duties:

• Write country briefs and talking points for internal stakeholders.
• Host and assist with events involving political leaders and foreign delegations.
• Provide administrative support to team leads.

Job Requirements:

• 1–5 years of experience in international business development, with knowledge of South Asia, Middle East, or Africa markets preferred.
• Ability to work across cultures and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, adaptable to multitasking and new situations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Job Duties

• Under broad direction, leads the selection and development of composites, elastomers, plastics, lubricants, and other non-metallic material systems across multiple complex projects, applying advanced materials engineering principles.
• Drives end-to-end materials development, including formulation, processing, qualification, and field deployment.
• Serves as a subject matter expert in non-metallic materials and processes for molded, formed, and formulated products.
• Leads investigation and deployment of alternative materials and processes to improve performance, reliability, and cost.
• Integrates data-driven and AI-enabled approaches into materials design, optimization, and scale-up workflows.
• Provides technical leadership on strategic material sourcing and supplier engagement.
• Advises on resolution of complex field and manufacturing issues, with direct impact on product performance and service quality.
• Embeds reliability, HSE, quality, and project management rigour across all activities.
• Contributes directly to value creation through technology differentiation and performance improvement.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline with ~10–15 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced degree (MS/PhD) preferred.
• Demonstrated depth in non-metallic materials systems (polymers, elastomers, composites) and their processing.
• Experience applying data science and/or AI/ML methods to accelerate materials development or optimize performance is highly desirable.
• Track record of leading complex technical programs and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
