The role

As a Sous Chef at Suntec Singapore, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in leading the kitchen team, with a special focus on halal-certified food preparation for MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) events. • Food Preparation & Quality Control:

• Ensure that all food prepared in the kitchen meets halal certification standards, particularly for Muslim guests and events.

• Assist in the creation, preparation, and execution of menus for various events, from large banquets to small corporate meetings.
