The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic customer relationships, and securing projects involving cleanroom environments, HVAC systems, environmental monitoring, building management systems (BMS), energy management, and integrated facility solutions for hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise data centers.

The role requires strong technical sales expertise, industry knowledge, and the ability to engage with developers, consultants, contractors, facility operators, and end-users throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual revenue and profitability targets.
