Team structure

The Global HR is responsible for the effective management of all matters concerning the employment and development of people within Stephenson Harwood. The Stephenson Harwood (Singapore) Alliance is part of the Stephenson Harwood network and offers clients an integrated service in multi-jurisdictional matters involving permitted areas of Singapore law. Main responsibilities

As a key member of the team, this role will support the HR function in the provision of a consistent high level, seamless service to our internal clients. Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Assistant will be involved in operational (recruitment, employee cycle, benefits administration) and project work, as well as assisting with queries from international offices. The role is working closely with their peers in our global offices.

The HR Assistant role is varied and acts as the first point of contact for general HR queries and support across the whole employee lifecycle. Main responsibilities include:

Resourcing and employee life cycle:

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Business or related field
• 2 to 4 years of relevant HR experience
• Knowledge of HR operations including recruitment, payroll and administration
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office
