Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above. 3–5 years of experience in internet content operation and over 2

years of team management experience.

2. Experience in building platforms from scratch and creating hit content is preferred. Proficient in

the rules and operational logic of mainstream new media platforms, with strong capabilities in

content planning, data analysis and strategy optimization.

3. Skilled in cross-department collaboration and team management, and familiar with content

compliance and public opinion management.

4. Possess innovative thinking, stress resilience and a strong sense of responsibility, with a

Lead TikTok Growth & Creator Operations to build scalable frameworks for content growth, creator management, merchant branding, and operational excellence supporting Singapore and regional expansion.

Responsibilities

Content Growth & Strategy

• Develop and implement TikTok content growth frameworks to increase audience engagement and conversion rates
• Establish traffic acquisition methodologies to drive targeted customer inflows
• Design scalable content systems to support sustained growth and performance improvements
• Analyze content performance data to optimize conversion outcomes

Merchant IP Development

• Create merchant personal branding strategies to enhance market presence

What This Role Is

You'll coordinate content delivery for 1–2 active projects. The editor and graphic designer are already in place. Your job is to provide clear direction, keep timelines on track, and make sure the output is right before it goes out. The project manager will provide you with guidance.

What You'll Actually Do

• Write content briefs for the video editor and graphic designer

• Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar

• Write captions and hashtag sets for posts

• Schedule and publish posts across social media platforms

• Flag problems early

• Attend a short weekly check-in (30–45 min)

The team combines subject matter expertise in the content safety domain and a practice of machine learning and AI-based techniques with the production-grade experience in serving infrastructure and product integrations to protect users from harm, maintain Google’s engagement in the area of online safety across the industry, and make foundational models and the internet safer for society.
