About The Opportunity

As part of the clinic admin team, you will be a key member of our Clinic and Medical Centre, ensuring the efficient management of administrative tasks and contributing to the smooth operation of our facility.

What You'll be Doing

Claims and Billing Management

• Submission of claims to corporate programme and insurer portals. Accurately and promptly submit insurance claims and follow up on any discrepancies or issues that arise.
• Manage invoicing and billing to patients and clients. Prepare and send invoices to patients and clients, track payments, and manage any billing inquiries or issues.

Medical Records Office

• Manage incoming and outgoing medical reports. Handle the receipt, processing, and distribution of medical reports, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Manage laboratory reports. Receive and verify lab results, submitting to doctor for review and compiling into medical reports for patients, liaison with lab partner on queries and issues.

Communication and Correspondence

• Monitor and respond to emails from patients, clients, and other stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
• Handle incoming phone calls, provide information, schedule appointments, and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
• Handle patient inquiries and concerns. Address patient questions and concerns, providing excellent customer service and ensuring patient satisfaction.
• Appointment scheduling and coordination. Schedule and confirm patient appointments, coordinate with medical staff, and manage the appointment calendar.

Operational Support

• Support clinic operations. Assist with various administrative tasks to support the overall operations of the clinic, including registering/discharging patients at the counter, clerical tasks, restocking of clinic supplies and other duties as assigned.

What We Are Looking for

• ITE, Diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Healthcare Administration or related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in a Medical administrative role or similar position is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using medical software and office applications.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and billing practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to support their Singapore office’s human resources and general administration functions. This position reports directly to the Senior General Manager and works closely with headquarters in Japan to ensure smooth operations and compliance with local regulations.

Human Resources (approx. 50%)

• Manage full spectrum of HR operations including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, leave and attendance administration, and payroll coordination.
