Job Description

• Handle loan administration & operation functions of syndicated loans that the bank is mandated as agents with dual role functions as maker and checker.
• The day-to-day functions include but not limited to drawdowns, rollovers, payments, maintenance of records etc.
• Liaise with borrowers, participants, agents, and internal stakeholders on loan administration & operation matters.
• Monitor & Disseminate information undertakings and covenants.
• Address queries on loan operation matters from borrower and Lenders.
• Manage & prepare audit confirmation queries.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Banking and Finance with at least 7 years’ experience in syndicated loan agency in banks with ability to read loan agreements. 
• Candidates with lesser experience will be considered at Analysy/Senior Analyst level.
• Strong and thorough understanding of loan cycle and the function as the facility agent would be preferred.
• Good knowledge on construction of Swift messages and use of Debt Domain will be an advantage.

A senior role responsible for designing and delivering a blockchain-based tokenized deposits platform, integrating digital assets with core banking and payment systems while ensuring security, compliance, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Platform Design & Analysis

• Design end-to-end token lifecycle (issue, transfer, lock, redeem)

• Define user journeys, workflows, and system behavior

• Ensure proper reconciliation with banking systems

2. Blockchain + Banking Integration
