Introduction
As Ask & Embla’s CRM Marketing Coordinator, you will support the execution of customer engagement and retention initiatives. You will assist in managing customer data, helping launch campaigns, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the CRM function. This role focuses on execution, accuracy, and learning best practices in CRM and lifecycle marketing.
What You'll Do
Customer Data Analysis & Reporting: Support the review of customer behavior, purchase trends, and engagement data. Assist in preparing reports and highlighting basic insights for the team.
Campaign Strategy & Execution: Assist in setting up, launching, and monitoring email and SMS campaigns. Ensure campaigns are executed accurately and on schedule.
Customer Segmentation & Personalization: Help build and maintain customer segments based on predefined criteria. Support personalization efforts by ensuring correct audience targeting.
CRM System Management: Maintain and update customer records within the CRM system. Perform routine checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Process Optimization: Follow existing CRM workflows and support improvements as guided by senior team members.
System Integration & Automation: Assist in ensuring CRM tools and marketing platforms are working together smoothly for campaign execution.
User Training & Support: Provide basic support to team members using CRM tools and escalate issues when needed.
Customer Feedback & Insights: Help collect and organize customer feedback from campaigns, surveys, and other channels.
Compliance & Data Security: Handle customer data responsibly and follow established data privacy and compliance guidelines.
Who You Are
- 1 to 2 years of experience in marketing, CRM, or a related field is a plus but not required
- Basic familiarity with email or SMS marketing tools and CRM platforms is an advantage
- Comfortable working with data, with strong attention to detail
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks with guidance
- Clear communication skills and able to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Willing to learn and grow within CRM and lifecycle marketing
- Open to fresh graduates with relevant coursework, internships, or projects in marketing, business, or related fields
