• Engage with online communities across the region, responding to audience queries and comments in a culturally appropriate manner in both English and Chinese.

• Bachelor's degree in journalism, Mass Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Effectively bilingual with proficiency in Chinese equivalent to HSK Level 6 Business Chinese Test (BCT) Advanced or higher.
• Bilingual Content Proficiency — Simplified Chinese (Mandatory, Minimum 3 years)
• This is a mandatory requirement. Candidates who do not meet it will not be considered.
• High proficiency in both written and spoken Simplified Chinese, with demonstrated ability to produce editorial-quality content — not machine-translated or adapted copy — for Chinese-speaking audiences.
• Minimum 3 years' experience working in or directly with the Chinese digital market, with demonstrated hands-on experience developing and managing content across the Chinese digital ecosystem. This goes beyond platform execution: the candidate should understand how Chinese digital audiences discover, consume, and share content; how platforms such as WeChat, Weibo, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, Bilibili, and Zhihu serve different functions and audience segments; and how content strategies need to be structured differently for Chinese-speaking markets compared with English-language ones. This role is a senior leadership position with end-to-end accountability for client success and practice growth. You will oversee multi-project delivery, shape solution architectures, and ensure technical excellence while also driving sales, go-to-market (GTM) strategy, and P&L management for the AI practice. As a thought leader at the forefront of AI (LLMs, generative AI, knowledge systems, etc.), you will engage C-level client stakeholders across APAC and globally, design transformative AI strategies, and lead teams to implement state-of-the-art AI solutions (LLM-based platforms, intelligent automation, knowledge-driven systems) across industries. Your key responsibilities

• Practice & Delivery Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent AI engagements, ensuring projects meet or exceed client expectations in impact, timeline, and quality. Act as Solution Architect and final technical authority, guiding design of complex AI systems (enterprise LLM applications, CV/NLP/analytics solutions, etc.) and ensuring robust, scalable architectures. Establish and enforce best practices, delivery methodologies, and governance standards across the AI engineering practice. • Client Advisory & Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor to senior client executives, helping shape their AI strategy and roadmap. Ensure strong client relationships and satisfaction by regularly engaging sponsors, providing thought leadership, and swiftly addressing any delivery issues or scope changes. • Manage all theCompany's digital assets and infrastructure - office computers, laptops,networks, mobile devices, emails, databases, and content management systems — ensuring 24x7 availability, security, daily backups, and proactive defence against cyber threats across all jurisdictions the Company operates in;

• Lead the evaluation,deployment, and governance of AI platforms across the organisation (ChatGPTEnterprise, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, and others), establishinginternal usage policies and helping research, editorial, marketing, and salesteams adopt AI tools securely and productively;
