Job Description

• Lead and manage the eletrical engineering design works.
• Prepare and review the deisgn of the electrical works, e.g. equipment sizing, cable sizing and voltage drop calculation, power system study, electrical layout single line diagram, schematic drawings, etc.

Procurement Duties

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to obtain competitive pricing and quality services/products.
• Prepare and process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and quotations.
• Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely procurement of materials and services.
• Liaise closely with internal departments, suppliers, and logistics providers to ensure smooth procurement operations.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, vendor databases, and documentation.
• Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.
• Support inventory monitoring and stock control where required.

Administrative Duties

• Provide general administrative and operational support to the team.
• Handle filing, documentation, and record management.
• Coordinate office supplies, courier services, and general office maintenance.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal documentation.
• Support scheduling of meetings and coordination with external stakeholders.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Maritime Studies, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant working experience in Procurement and Administration.
• Candidates with majority of their experience in Procurement are highly preferred.
• Prior experience in the Marine and Offshore industry will be a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with procurement processes, vendor management, and purchasing documentation.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Able to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Meticulous, organized, and a strong team player.

Preferred Profile

• Experience dealing with marine equipment, offshore vendors, or shipyard-related procurement.
• Knowledge of ERP or procurement systems is advantageous.
• Candidates who are resourceful and commercially aware will be highly regarded.

Working Days: 5 days, Mon to Thurs 8:30am-6pm &  Fri 8:30am-5:30pm

Working Location: One-North

Salary: $2,800 ~ $3,300

Responsibilities

• Manage phone calls and email enquiries professionally and promptly.
• Attending to office visitors.
• Maintain organised filing systems, both digital and physical.
• Processing of Purchase Requisitions and issuance of Purchase Orders.
• Booking of Customers’ Purchase Orders and coordinate with Finance team for invoicing.
• Responsible for coordinating shipping, receiving deliveries, conducting stock checks, documenting records, and storing inventory.
• Ensure outgoing and incoming shipments are completed on time, within budget and to the exact location.
• Prepare shipping documents (eg. Airway bills, bills of landing, purchase orders, delivery orders, certificate of beneficiary, etc)
• Familiar with shipping incoterms and apply them accurately as required.
• Update, monitor and generate regular reports related to administrative and logistics operations.
• Liaise and negotiate with vendors, suppliers and contractors to ensure service quality and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate and communicate with other departments and regional offices.

Requirements

• Higher Nitec or Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Procurement or equivalent.
• At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience is preferred.

Job Description

• Assist with general administrative duties, location based in or rotated between one of two BLOCK71 Singapore Centres within the One-north (Ayer Rajah Crescent), or Kent Ridge Campus (I-Cube Building).

• Front (reception) desk duties, office management, including handling incoming mails and deliveries, on-site (Seminar Rooms) pre-event set up and post-event duties.

• Assist in liaising and coordinating with facilities team and vendors for maintenance and sanitation services.

• Assist with procurement tasks such as ordering and restocking of stationery and pantry supplies.

• Liaise and coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure requirements are fulfilled.

• Liaise with finance team to process monthly bills and invoices for the Centre and startups.

• Provide general administrative assistance to the team, including document and database management.

• Onboarding and orientation of new startups to ensure their smooth integration into the Centre, including monitoring startup activity and usage of space.

• Provide general administrative assistance to the team, for program or events-related documentation, liaising, procurement, and finance processing. • Primarily in-office, 8.30am-6pm (5.30pm on Fridays), Monday to Friday.

This is an hourly-rated position.

Qualifications

• Minimum Polytechnic Diploma with at least 1-2 years of working experience in similar capacity
