Responsibilities
Project Management

• Support project operations to ensure quality deliverables. These activities include project coordination, vendor management, research materials review (e.g., questionnaire and code frame), survey platform testing, data review and validation.

Data Analysis & Insights

• Consolidate data from multiple sources into standardised formats, ensuring consistency and data integrity.
• Create effective visualisations using Excel (e.g. charts, pivot tables, dashboards) to deliver data-driven insights.
• Support test planning and test execution of enhancements to existing data visualisation and data pipelines

Requirements

Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Analyst Programmer – Java to support and enhance our digital platforms for import-export trading operations. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications that support order management, inventory tracking, supplier/customer integration,and financial workflows.

You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, translating trading requirements into efficient technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Analyse business requirements related to import-export operations, including procurement, sales orders, logistics, and inventory

Technical Skills Required

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level with 1 year of experience as a Security Guard or similar role
• Processes a valid PLRD Security License.

THE JOB

The Security Executive reports to the Security Manager. This role involves direct management and operational responsibility, and ensuring customer and company satisfaction.

Oversee all day-to-day aspects of operations of site, including all people & performance, and administrative issues. • Experience in dealing with information and intelligence, interpreting security threats and risks, and managing investigations.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong oral and written communication skills are critical, as well as the ability to think clearly, analyze semi-quantitatively, problem-solve, and scope.
• Ability to comfortably and confidently present to all levels within the enterprise.
• Independent, well-organized, and good work attitude.
