Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial reporting across regional entities and operational sites

• Partner closely with country finance teams to support timely month-end and quarter-end closing in accordance with IFRS/US GAAP and corporate policies

• Coordinate and support internal controls and compliance activities, including SOX-related requirements across APAC entities

• Consolidate and prepare regional management reports, including working capital analysis and key performance insights for senior stakeholders

• Support budgeting and forecasting cycles, including consolidation of regional submissions and capital expenditure tracking

• Work with external advisors on statutory and transfer pricing documentation

• Coordinate with corporate secretarial parties to ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements (e.g. ACRA)

• Support entity management activities, including updates to directors and corporate records

• Contribute to governance initiatives, including policy compliance and authority matrix updates across regional entities

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, audit, or regional finance roles

• Familiarity with IFRS and/or US GAAP

• Experience working in a regional or multi-entity environment is preferred

• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. Oracle, OneStream, SAP)

• Exposure to BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) is advantageous

• Strong Excel, financial analysis, and modelling skills

• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions

We are seeking a driven and analytical Analyst with 1.5 to 3 years of investment experience to join the Group Investments team. The candidate will independently evaluate real estate investment opportunities, conduct in-depth financial modelling, and prepare high-quality investment papers as well as ad-hoc analyses to support strategic decision making by ESR senior management.

The candidate will also work with key stakeholders across the broader business, including the Group Strategy & Investments team on Mergers & Acquisitions opportunities and the in-country investment teams on key projects.

Investment Evaluation

• Independently assess potential real estate investment opportunities across various asset classes and geographies, including both equity and debt structures

Financial Modelling
