RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strategic Planning and Implementation
  • Facilitate the University's strategic planning framework, including the coordination of both short-term and long-term planning cycles across departments. This involves aligning departmental plans with the University's overarching strategic objectives and priorities.

Assistant Manager, Regional Human Capital Management

Job Purpose

The Assistant Manager, Regional Human Capital Management (HCM), plays a critical role in supporting and driving regional HR initiatives across Company Group subsidiaries in Southeast Asia and Oceania (SEAO). Working in close partnership with the Senior Manager, HCM, this role contributes to the development and implementation of strategic HR frameworks, strengthens regional HR operations, and supports the delivery of key talent management programmes.
The incumbent will be responsible for supporting day-to-day regional HR activities, leading cross-subsidiary initiatives, ensuring robust HR data governance, and providing guidance to regional HR focal points to promote alignment and operational excellence across the region. About the Role

This newly created role serves as the Regional Finance, Tax and Transfer Pricing lead for APAC, combining regional financial control, tax leadership, transfer pricing governance, statutory compliance, financial analysis, business partnering, and regional expansion responsibilities.
