Job Description

The Shipping Executive is responsible for managing the full spectrum of export shipping operations, including vessel booking, export documentation, customs declaration, port coordination, and L/C negotiation. Job Description

·        Involves Facilities management & building services

·        Supervisor OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing, e.g: Compressor) & non OEM vendors for repairs to building-installations, fixture & ACMV (i.e: aircon mechanical ventilation)

·        Hands-on in basic electric wiring, changing light bulbs, plumbing, painting &general building services

·        Has basic computer skills

Willing & able to work rotating shift according to duty roster

• Morning shift – 6.30am – 4.30pm
• Normal shift – 8am – 5.30pm
• Nightshift – 4pm – 1am

AV Sales Representative / AV Solutions Consultant
Basic Salary: $3,000 - $3,500 + Commission
Working Days & Time: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)
Working Location: Ubi

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities with corporate and commercial end users.
• Meet customers to understand their AV, meeting room, collaboration, digital signage, LED wall, projection, sound system, phone systems, or workplace technology requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers, including business owners, facility managers, IT managers, project managers, consultants, and procurement teams.
• Manage the full sales cycle from enquiry, requirement gathering, proposal, quotation, negotiation, closing, and project handover.
• Follow up on leads, incoming enquiries, referrals, and repeat business from existing customers.
• Maintain good knowledge of professional AV, unified communications, video conferencing, display, LED wall, digital signage, and workplace technology solutions.

Required Competencies

• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Engineering, Audio Visual, or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in AV, unified communications, IT solutions, workplace technology, system integration, or related B2B project sales.

Regional Agrochemical Sales Executive

A leading Singapore-based Agrochemicals (Pesticide & Fertilizer) Manufacturing & Trading Company.

Key responsibilities: 

• Manage and grow customer relationships across Asia & Middle East markets
• Support trading activities for spot and contract business
• Identify new business opportunities within Agro sectors
• Build healthy sales pipelines and perform weekly updates on the progress.
• Build relationships with customers within.
• Responsible for commercial negotiations, quotations, and contract discussions
• Coordinate closely with supply chain and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery execution

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or related discipline
• 3+ years of experience in Technical Sales or business development within the Ag-Tech/Agrotech/Fertilizer.
• Proven track record in fertilizer and agrochemical product management and business development. Experience with Specialty Fertilizers or Biostimulants is highly preferred.
• Regional Asia market exposure is required 
• Regional Traveling required. 50% (travel to Middle East/ Egypt/ Bangladesh/ Taiwan / Latin America etc)
