The Sales Admin Executive will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team and ensuring timely and accurate processing of sales orders. The candidate should have experience working with SAP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process sales orders in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring all orders are fulfilled in accordance with customer requirements.
• Work closely with the sales team to provide administrative support, including preparing quotations, proposals and invoices.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales transactions and ensure data integrity in SAP.
• Generate reports and analyze sales data to provide insights to the management team.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in a sales administration or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in SAP.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Assist in daily finance operations (includes payments, receipts, AP & AR transactions);-
• Assist in partial/full set of accounts and prepare balance sheet schedules and ensure timely, complete and accurate recording of accounting entries into MYOB accounting system;
• Posting of month-end closing journal entries;
• General office administration such as: filing, scanning, photocopying, archiving, office supplies;
• Assist in preparing documents for submission of government grant claims;
• Manage and handle documents, records and maintain an organized filing system.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Manager in-charge

• LCCI or Diploma in Accounting

Assist on all spectrum of HR and Admin functions but not limited to duties below:

• Selection and recruitment, on and off boarding which include application, renewal and termination of foreign work passes.
• Payroll Administration, submission of all statutory claims, CPF and foreign worker levy, IRAS filing, tax clearance and related activities.
• Employee relations such as but not limited to Employee Engagement, disciplinary and grievances handling; mental health and feedback participation.
• Training support such as course sourcing and application, apply training grant application, and claims.
• Annual appraisal exercise, performance bonus and annual increment.
• Update employees’ details for medical insurance renewal, reporting of WICA and claims.
• All general administration and office IT matters
• Other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.

What You’ll Do:

• Execute billing, receipting, and debt management tasks.
• Monitor and clear receipting and debtor accounts; respond to queries.
• Prepare debtor schedules and compile data for reporting.
• Complete AR closing checklist.
• Issue reminders/calls, prepare ageing reports and overdue payment interest letters.
• Conduct debt management reviews with business partners and users.
• Contribute to the ongoing billing automation project.
• Assist with preparatory work for S4 Hana upgrade.
• Undertake other tasks as assigned by Supervisor.

• Executive level preferably with a degree holder in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
