Unravel Carbon is seeking a seasoned Customer Success Lead to build and own our customer success function from the ground up. This is a senior, strategic role for a proven operator who thrives in early-stage environments and can simultaneously shape the systems, metrics, and culture of CS while delivering outstanding outcomes for a growing portfolio of enterprise customers.

You will be the first dedicated CS leader at Unravel Carbon, which means you will define what great customer success looks like here. Responsibilities

Build the Customer Success Function

• Design and implement the end-to-end customer success operating model at Unravel Carbon, covering processes, tooling, playbooks, and team structure to support a scaling enterprise SaaS business

• Define and own all key CS metrics: net revenue retention (NRR), gross revenue retention (GRR), customer health scores, time-to-value, adoption rates, and customer satisfaction (CSAT/NPS)

-       minimum Diploma in electrical, electronic or mechanical engineering from a recognized institution of education or 2 years relevant experience with a certificate from Institute of Technical Education(ITE)

-       Relevant work experience related to our industry will be advantages

-       Able to work independently with minimum supervision

-       Possess intuitive and analytical mind

-       Possess good communications skills and able to explain clearly the trouble-shooting process and problems identified

-       Able to think out of box

-       Able to take the lead and work well in a team

Other requirements

-       Able and willingness to accept 24 hours standby on weekdays and weekends

-       Able to travel overseas for product training

Training

-     Product specific training on trouble-shooting and maintenance of the system organized by the product manufacturers

-      On-the-job training guided by experienced engineers

This position supports the service team on the commissioning, preventive maintenance and testing of equipment as well as to provide continual technical support to customers.

• To carry out testing and commissioning of CCTV, Security, Intercom, Fire Alarm, AV & Public Address Systems
• Analysis of equipment failures to determine cause and recommend corrective action
• Respond to service calls or requests and carry out rectification works at site
• Carry out preventive maintenance works for customers as per schedule
• Provide customers with continuous technical and operational program support
• Provide quotations the paid repairs and A&A Works
• Manage the service projects and paid jobs
