ROLE PROFILE:

The E-Channel Service Center officer is a key member in the Client Service Network (CSN) team. He/she is responsible to provide first level Digital Platform support by phone and/or e-mail to Clients. The Senior Network Engineer is responsible for delivering enterprise and data center network solutions for NTT DATA clients. The role focuses on post-sales project delivery, working closely with project managers, solution architects, and customers to ensure successful implementation of complex network environments.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Deliver technical solutions to clients and take responsibility for the standards of work, project sign off and client satisfaction.
