Assist in ensuring compliance with the project document management system, including document filing (both hard copy and e-filing) and managing documents on the server

Receive, check, and coordinate on all materials and QAQC documentation (testing certificates, expiry date), delivery and ensure quality and quantity of materials, to report any discrepancies or deviations in materials

Prepare monthly project reports to clients and internal stakeholders regarding quality metrics and performance

Job Requirement:

Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering or a related discipline.

Minimum 5 years of experience in LTA projects or projects of similar scale, complexity, and nature.

Experience in QA/QC will be an added advantage.

Familiar with safety procedures and requirements at construction sites.

Strong knowledge and experience in the construction industry.

Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple parties.

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities (any of the followings):

1) Electrical & Control

• Electrical circuit & control panel design. Electrical circuits, protection, calculations & approval drawings of electrical switchboard & control panels based on client’s Drawing to meet requirement & specifications
• Liaise with vendors to meet desired quality & supply commitment
• Write complete new PLC & HMI Programming
• Electrical wiring, installation & commissioning & troubleshooting of electrical & control panels
• Knowledge in automation

2) Electrical & Instrumentation

• Overall vessel basic & detailed electrical engineering design development and electrical & instrumentation input to other disciplines
• Responsible for electrical & instrumentation engineering input for vessel design including power generation & distribution analysis, cable routing & arrangement, line diagram plan & input on electrical arrangement & design for the project to meet contractual requirements

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Power/Marine/Naval Engineering or equivalent
• 2 years of experience (Those with more years of experience will be considered for higher or senior position)
• Offshore electrical Installation and instrumentation experience preferred
• Experience in marine equipment control and systems integration preferred
• Experience in testing and commissioning of switchboards, power management, transformer and other electrical equipment preferred
• Competency in automation design of control system (Hardware & Software) for VFD drive, PLC system, HMI system utility power system
• Knowledge of AC/DC motors, computer-based system and generator
• Able to travel overseas onboard

Summary of the Job

• To accurately input, update, and maintain data in company systems and records, while ensuring materials and transactions are correctly matched to the respective production orders, supporting data integrity and operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

1) Data Entry & Record Managemnt

• Enter data into systems (ERP, QC Apps)

• Perform data verification and cross- checking to minimise errors and discrepancies.

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly QC data reports as required by the QC team.

2) Material & Production Order Verification

• Cross-check:
  - Production Order Number
  - Item/ Part Number
  - Quantity
  - Ensure no mismatch between materials and system records

3) Communicate with production, warehouse, and relevant departments to clarify missing or incorrect data

4) Generate daily handover report for QC to Warehouse and secondary process

5) Assist leader on job order closing, timesheet update using ERP

6) Other duties as and when assigned

Job Requirements:

• Secondary/ NTC in Engineering and above

• At least 1 year experience in Data entry/ documentation control

• Knowledge of MS Office

• Ability to communicate orally in English language and produce written documentation with clearly organized thoughts
