Main Job Duties and Responsibilities

· Liaising with main contractor, consultant and owner for project requirement

· In charge of material submission, design review and progress claim

· Plan for site work installation, worker deployment and material requisition

· Monitor cost estimating, developing a budget and resource planning

· Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation

· Working with vendors in controlling cost and quality of products

Take off quantities and prepare costing and   budget for projects. (Architectural & M&E works)   

Sourcing   for sub-contractors and suppliers and negotiate price with them.      

Control   the budget when doing procurement.          

Submission   of progressive claims and variation of orders to client.       

Coordinator   with sub-contractors, supplier, consultant and other related parties.     

Evaluate   and certify subcontractor's claim.          

Prepare   profit and loss for projects / Final Account         

Prepare   tender submissions.            

Proficient   in quantity taking off for Builder, Architectural, M&E works.       

Knowledge   of Archi Finishes, detailing, M&E works systems.       

Able   to carry out measurements, tenders, procunement, R Assement.      

Progresive   claims, liase with client, attend site show.         

Maintain   & Monitor Tender boards for Potential works.

To read detailed tender drawing and scope for layout, finishes proposals.    

Able  to provide innovation design for Design & Build Projects.     

Able   to do Social Media Marketing.         

Liase   with material suppliers, contact new clients, follow up with Potential Leads.

Acmv engineer understands calculation and able to do it tender  and lead a team of workers                   

Experienced   duct supervisor and worker under measurement and order ducting                   

Experienced   vrv Aircon                         

Experienced   chiller pipe fitter

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee assigned construction projects to ensure completion within contract period and budget.
• Coordinate and attend meetings with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Lead weekly site meetings with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to monitor progress and resolve issues.
• Supervise and guide project engineers, site coordinators, supervisors, and workers to meet project requirements and timelines.
• Monitor subcontractor and supplier performance to ensure works are completed according to agreed contracts.
• Review and ensure timely submission of project documentation including RFIs, RFAs, shop drawings, reports, and schedules.
• Monitor project progress and manage Extension of Time (EOT) claims where applicable.
• Ensure proper documentation control, including daily and weekly reports, programme schedules, and submissions to clients and consultants.
• Work closely with Quantity Surveyors to review quotations and support cost negotiations to maintain project budget control.
• Any other duties as assigned.

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in construction project management.
• Experience managing private residential (e.g. landed properties) or industrial/factory projects will be advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, contract administration, and budgeting.
• Good leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong documentation and reporting capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project scheduling tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
