The incumbent is responsible for achieving sales targets and margins, be involved from initiation to completion of sales cycles; with particular focus on maintenance sales, the incumbent will ensure high level of client engagement and identify development potential in existing accounts. Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and margins by generating recurring maintenance / variation orders through both existing and ongoing projects. The sales leads may come from referrals or tendering platforms such as Gebiz and Sesami. Preparation of sales presentations and provision of all sales related reports.
• Sales closure through new projects by providing sound technical solutions and advice to clients upon review of tender documents. Incumbent will be required to work closely with vendors and internal pre-sales team on this aspect of the role.
• Involved in sales initiation to completion by following up on business opportunities via email/ sales presentations, qualifying potential, provision of relevant quotes to clients promptly and follow through of sales cycle to ensure smooth completion.
• Increase client engagement by following up proactively on enquiries, identifying clients’ needs, working closely with pre-sales consultants to build long term relationships with clients and maintain continuous businesses with existing and new clients.
