What you will do:

The Senior Application Engineer is responsible for technical support – primarily customer quotations and business development case studies for various composite applications. Position title : Senior TCB Application & Technical Sales Engineer

Location: Admiralty

Responsibilities:

• Engage semiconductor customers to understand packaging roadmap, process requirements, throughput targets, yield and reliability challenges.
