We are seeking a meticulous and responsible Accounts Executive to support the Finance Department, with a primary focus on Accounts Payable operations. The role involves invoice processing, vendor payment coordination, statement reconciliation, expense verification, documentation control, and finance reporting support.

Job Descriptions

As the first point of contact at Lamitak Studio, you will:

• Welcome and engage walk-in customers, designers, architects, and corporate clients

• Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with luxury brand standards

• Manage showroom appointments and visitor registrations

• Conduct basic product introductions and showroom walkthroughs

• Maintain showroom presentation, ambience, and display readiness

• Handle enquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms

• Coordinate closely with Sales team on customer follow-ups

• Track visitor data and prepare engagement reports

• Support branding events, product launches, and customer engagement initiatives

Job Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in customer service, luxury retail, hospitality, or showroom environment

• Ex-cabin crew or candidates with luxury retail/showroom experience are strongly encouraged to apply

• Mature candidates with strong grooming standards and excellent customer relations skills are welcome

• Able to communicate effectively to both English and Mandarin speaking customers

• Well-groomed, confident, and professional in presentation

Work Schedule

• 5 day work week (Shift based on 44 hours per week)

• Required to work on both Saturday and Sunday, with generally one Saturday and one Sunday off per month.

• Faculty and Teaching Support:
