The WIFI Tier 2 Engineer plays a hybrid role within the Managed WIFI team, supporting both Day 1 provisioning activities and ongoing WIFI Day 2 operations.

This role is responsible for configuring and activating customer WIFI services, performing detailed diagnostics, and assisting in maintaining a secure, scalable, and high-performing centralized WIFI platform.

The engineer will work closely with delivery teams during service onboarding and provide technical support to the WIFI Operations team for escalations, platform optimization, and process improvement.

The engineer participates in a 24x7 standby rotation and contributes to service improvements through RCA.

Make an impact by:

• Perform end-to-end configuration and provisioning of WIFI infrastructure components including access points, wireless controllers, SSIDs, VLANs, and policy enforcement rules via centralized platforms
• Participate in 24x7 standby rotation support.

Skills for success:

What you will do:

The Senior Application Engineer is responsible for technical support – primarily customer quotations and business development case studies for various composite applications. Key emphasis will be on the ability to understand customer requirements and rapidly demonstrate how composite based solutions can be utilized to provide solutions with costing, timing, and resources included in the proposals. This position will require travel with the business development team to customer facilities during visits to discuss these future opportunities in depth.

Job Description:

• Lead the M&E Resident Technical Officers to monitor, supervise and inspect works as directed by MOHH and Consultant Team including planning roster duties based on Contractor’s work schedules and oversee leave arrangements. • Oversee and verify structural works execution including foundation, rebar installation, concrete works, steel structures, precast elements and temporary works (ERSS, falsework, formwork, scaffolding)

• Resolve drawing discrepancies and technical challenges, coordinating with consultants, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure constructability and compliance with regulations
