Responsibilities:

• Interview patients and families, assess financial needs, and assist with referrals for discharge planning.
• Support Medical Social Workers in case management, translation, patient escort, and home visits.
• Work with hospital departments and external agencies to improve patient care.
• Assist with admin tasks, counter duties, and departmental operations.
• Help with department programmes, projects, and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Social Work or related fields preferred.
• On-job training will be provided
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Basic IT knowledge.

i.      CONDUCT WSH inspections to identify and assess any foreseeable risk arising from the workplace or work processes.

ii.      RECOMMEND reasonably practicable control measures to eliminate any foreseeable risk to any person at work in the workplace.

Software Project & Installation Coordinator

• Up to S$3,000 basic + bonus (1-2 years exp)
• 5 days, Monday to Friday, 9:00AM – 6:00PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate software development project activities, resources, and timelines
• Document and follow up on key actions and decisions from project meetings
• Break down software projects into manageable tasks and set clear deadlines
• Assign tasks to internal development teams and track progress
• Address issues as they arise, ensuring smooth project execution
• Serve as the main point of contact, communicating project status and updates to all stakeholders

Job Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in project coordination, preferably in IT and software management
• Knowledge of software development processes is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations to assist sales teams, such as order acknowledgment, quotation processing, purchase orders, sales orders, etc.
• To communicate and arrange for the delivery of a customer's request

• Prepare and submit progress reports, work updates daily.
• To ensure safety regulations and promote safe work practices at all times.
• Attend meetings with clients, consultants, and internal teams as required.
