• Lead and guide site personnel in promoting a strong safety culture and adherence to company safety standards.
• Conduct daily site safety inspections and ensure all unsafe acts or conditions are promptly rectified.
• Compile and maintain safety records, incident reports, and inspection findings.
• Prepare and submit monthly safety reports to management and clients as required.
• Liaise with project management, client representatives, and subcontractors to coordinate safety activities.
• Ensure compliance with WSH Act, SPPG safety requirements, and company HSE procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in construction or utilities
• Valid WSH Officer recognized by MOM.
• Strong knowledge of workplace safety practices and regulatory requirements.
• Able to work 6 days per week and willing to be stationed on-site.
• Good leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

• To collect/deliver documents to /from office & client’s passport, documents, visas, receipts as per daily assignment scheduled

• Ensure to keep all documents in safe vault daily in office for safekeeping

• To validate and check that all documents are in good order before collection/delivery to/from clients’ office and submission/collection to/from Embassies

• Seek proof of acknowledgement of documents that are collected/ delivered from/to clients

• Ensure correct Cash payments to Embassies & receipts/collection slip to be updated in Teams communication to Visa Consultant/Team Leader

• Ensure receiving Visa Float & balance are correct & sufficient for next visa payment date

• Ability to update on latest visa requirements changes advised by the Embassies Consular to Visa Consultant/ Team Leader

• To be able to decide on the most priority visasubmission to the Embassies according to Embassies cut off timing forsubmission & collection daily,

Job scope :

• Attend to feedback/complaints/tip offs on Tobacco related offences and work assigned by the Authority

• Conducting observations, patrols and Enforcement activities

. Conducting raids and operations under appropriate supervision of the Authority officers.

Responsibilities:

• Pictures taken for investigations and other relevant documents shall be forwarded to the Authority upon completion of the investigations.
• Key in investigation details into the Authority’s system via the provided computer/laptop as directed by the Authority
• Responding to activation for urgent cases detected at Checkpoints and inland locations.

Requirements :

• Prior substantial working experience with the Singapore Police Force or other related law enforcement agencies;
• Knowledge in conducting investigation, surveillance and inspection;
• Must be physically fit;
• Experience in handling unruly or violent behaviour by offenders;
• Have proficient verbal and writing skills in English and a second language;
• Must be able to handle dynamic situations in the field, including but not limited to the handling of female offenders/witnesses etc.

Job Scope

• Plan, coordinate, and execute outreach events to recruit new foster parents
• Identify appropriate outreach channels and opportunities for collaboration with partners who can aid the Fostering Agency in its outreach efforts
• Create and design content to raise public awareness about fostering
• Manage public enquiries about the Fostering Scheme and conduct assessments of foster parent candidates
• Work collaboratively with the Senior Recruitment Officer and other staff in the fostering agency team

Requirements

• Strong writing, presentation, and communication skills
• Proficiency in social media management and design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Some experience in project and event management will be beneficial
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work on weekends and evenings when required (Time-off will be given)

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma, with preferably a minimum 2 years of experience in the social service sector
