Job Summary
Overall responsibility for Reservation and Communications Supervisor is to be responsible for providing an efficient and courteous hotel reservation service and is required to undertake other duties and responsibilities within the scope of the role, and to manage the day to day running of the Reservation Department by developing specific goals, policies and strategies for the department.

Job Responsibilities

· Organizes the storage and distribution of goods for daily delivery

· Tally all cash and cheques collections from customers during delivery.

· Responsible for all inbound/outbound scheduled shipments

· Prioritizing tasks to meet expected shipping dates and maintaining an accurate inventory

· Manages stock control, warehousing and monitoring the status of goods

· Adhere to company guidelines regarding spare and stock handling, shipping and receiving

· Provide training and evaluate team members

· Prepare worker schedules and ensure warehousing and distribution workers follow safety rules

· Ensure discrepancies and errors in stocks are swiftly investigated and resolved

Job Requirements

· Minimum 4 years of related experiences

· Possess strong analytical, problem solving, negotiation and leadership skills

· Must be able to carry out heavy duties and replace drivers when they are on leave or absent.

• Required to load and unload sacks of rice if need only

• Monitor inventory levels and place orders with suppliers
• Control food cost and minimize wastage
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations (SFA/NEA)
• Coordinate between kitchen and service team to ensure efficiency
• Support sales growth through upselling and promotions

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B or hospitality industry
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible, proactive, and team-oriented
• Willing to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
