WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented warehouse coordinator to receive products and check that they are in good condition. The warehouse Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that products are registered and packed correctly for shipping or storage.

To be successful as a warehouse Coordinator, you must be relatively fit and strong enough to lift boxes of products. A good warehouse Coordinator has excellent organizational skills.

TYPICAL DUTIES

WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Tracks and logs all product inventory, ensuring there are no discrepancies or losses.

Accepts deliveries of company products andstores them accordingly.

Pack items in a methodical way and shipsorders for delivery.

Inspects all orders being received and shipped, checking for damage, defective parts, and missing items.

Record all received items in the computer system.

Reports and returns damaged product.

Keeps warehouse area clean and organized.

Reports to warehouse supervisor or management to alert them of any issues with shipping or receiving.

Assistant Cook Job Description:

An Assistant Cook, or Assistant Chef ensures the kitchen is orderly and assists Cooks to prepare and arrange food. Their duties include cleaning the kitchen area, washing dishes and utensils and ensuring that the Cook has everything required to run the kitchen efficiently.

Assistant Cook duties and responsibilities:

• Assisting the Cook in food preparation activities, such as cleaning, cutting, chopping and peeling food ingredients

• Cleaning and sanitising the food preparation areas based on company and industry hygiene codes and health and safety standards

• Washing, disinfecting and properly storing cooking and kitchen utensils and equipment

• Buying, weighing and storing ingredients and food supplies

• Operating a variety of kitchen appliances and instruments including cutters, knives, mixers and ovens

• Managing inventory, unloading supplies and organising the storeroom

• Participates in and/or contributes to programs, committees, or projects designed to improve quality of service and employee productivity.

• Maintains clean work areas, utensils, and equipment.

• Develop new menu items while improvising the existing ones.

• Maintain and manage kitchen expenses,food costs, inventory, and staffing with in budgetary limits.

• Able to cook north Indian food.

• Able to do shift work.

Job Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):

• Support day‑to‑day logistics and shipping operations.
• Pick, pack, and prepare parts for shipment in accordance with packing standards, customer requirements, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare, verify, and ensure accuracy of shipping documents, including delivery orders, packing lists, and other required forms.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure goods are ready for shipment in a timely manner.
• Liaise with external service providers (e.g., couriers, freight forwarders) to arrange deliveries, pickups, and related logistics activities.
• Plan and coordinate delivery routes and schedules to ensure efficient and timely distribution.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and documentation for tracking, reporting, and audit purposes.
• Ensure all shipping operations comply with company SOPs and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics efficiency, accuracy, and workflow effectiveness.
• Perform other ad‑hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
