Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in HVAC after-sales, technical support, or warranty management (data center experience preferred).

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (e.g., chillers, CRAC, CRAH, AHU).

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in team leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

• Familiar with CRM/warranty systems and technical documentation.

• Willing to travel when required.
