Job Title: Production Manager (Integrated / Content & Commercial)

Overview
We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Production Manager who can bridge traditional production workflows with fast-paced content demands. This role requires someone who takes initiative, thrives in a service-oriented environment, and is comfortable managing both on-ground execution and backend operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Production Planning & Execution

• Oversee end-to-end production workflows across commercials, branded content, and social shoots
• Translate creative briefs into practical production plans, timelines, and budgets
• Anticipate potential challenges and troubleshoot proactively before and during shoots
• Ensure smooth on-set operations with strong coordination across departments

2. Operations & Resource Management

• Maintain and manage all production equipment and inventory (upkeep, tracking, servicing schedules)
• Oversee studio and production assets to ensure readiness and efficiency
• Implement and refine internal processes to improve workflow and productivity
• Liaise with vendors, freelancers, and partners to ensure quality and cost efficiency

3. HR & Administrative Support

• Support HR-related backend tasks including freelancer coordination, onboarding, and documentation
• Manage crew bookings, timesheets, and production logistics
• Ensure proper filing and organization of production documents, permits, and releases

4. Location Scouting & Casting

• Conduct location recce with a strong eye for cinematic potential and logistical feasibility
• Source and propose suitable filming locations aligned with creative direction and budget
• Handle occasional casting needs — talent sourcing, coordination, and basic casting management

5. Client & Team Servicing

• Act as a key point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders
• Ensure a high level of service and responsiveness to client and production needs
• Foster a collaborative, positive working environment across all levels of production

Requirements

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• Proactive, resourceful, and solution-driven mindset
• Service-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of production workflows (pre, shoot, post)
• Good eye for locations and casting sensibility
• Comfortable handling both creative and operational responsibilities
• Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
• A team player with a jovial and approachable personality
• Valid driving license (required for recce, logistics, and shoot support)

Bonus (Nice to Have)

• Experience working across both traditional production and fast-turnaround social content
• Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows in production or post
• Basic budgeting and cost control experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all M&E engineering activities in construction projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications, approved drawings, and project timelines.
• Manage the planning, scheduling, coordination, and integration of M&E systems installation and commissioning.
• Supervise M&E subcontractors and vendors, ensuring quality work, safety, and compliance with contractual obligations.
• Monitor and track the progress of M&E works, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, project managers, and other departments to resolve technical issues, discrepancies, and ensure seamless integration of M&E systems with other building components.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, building codes, and quality assurance requirements (e.g., CONQUAS, QM).
• Liaise with clients, consultants, relevant authorities, and subcontractors regarding M&E issues, ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.
• Ensure M&E works comply with Safe Work Procedures and safety regulations throughout the installation and commissioning process.
• Prepare and submit M&E-related documentation, reports, and progress updates as required by the project schedule.
• Handle any other ad-hoc duties or tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or related fields; PE Board recognized degree is preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, with strong M&E project management expertise and at least one completed project cycle.
• Possess Green Mark Accredited Professional (GMAP) certification is a plus.
• Experience with MOHH or HDB projects is a plus.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, BIM software, or other M&E design tools.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to supervise teams and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of M&E systems, installation methods, and industry standards.

Position title : Admin Assistant
Location: 6 Chin Bee Ave [Boon Lay/Lakeside]
*****[Company will move to new place in 2027 - still finding office (either North or West)]*****
Working Days: 5. 5 days Mon - Fri; Sat / Sun half day / PH shifts required (rotational)
Working hours : 9am -6pm | 9am - 1pm (Sat) or 2pm-6pm (Sun)
Salary : Up to $2800 

Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry and maintain organized records.

• Manage emails, files, and documents efficiently.

• Provide customer service to both internal teams and clients.

• Assist in resolving issues with practical solutions.

• Support sales team with client follow-ups and sales documentation.

• Maintain customer profiles and handle enquiries professionally.

• Coordinate with operations for smooth delivery of goods.

• Carry out day-to-day administrative tasks as needed.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
• Minimum qualification of Post Secondary / Diploma.
• Experiences in data entry, document management, customer service and keying invoice.
