You will form the core team of technical specialists working at waste management facilities including the Integrated Waste Management Facility (IWMF) – a large-scale waste management infrastructural project, and Tuas South Incineration Plant (TSIP). 

The work scope and job requirements are as follows:

Responsibilities:

You may be part of the project team to assist the engineer and supervise IWMF construction progress. Your work scope includes:

• To work with project consultants and key stakeholders, such as other government agencies, on the design of the various facilities in IWMF and ensure that IWMF is constructed, erected, installed in accordance with design specifications and complying with statutory requirement.
• To participate in the testing, commissioning of mechanical, process, or electrical, instrument, control, and automation equipment/systems.

You may be part of the technical team to assist the engineer in operation and maintenance of TSIP. Your work scope includes:

Communications & Content Specialist (1-Year Contract)

Collaborating closely with the Technology and Operations teams across the Group, the successful candidate will support the Head of Operations Risk Governance, to drive first-line Operations risk governance activities and initiatives. This will include, but not be limited to the following:

• Support the adherence by operations units, with the Bank’s Operations Risk Management Policy and guidelines.

 Support in risk oversight and governance, through analysis and reporting of key risk issues/ trends, key risk indicators, and prepare materials to facilitate discussions during the regular governance committee meetings.

 Support on data analytics projects to effectively and efficiently identify risk issues and trends, to improve risk management efficiencies and capabilities.

Primary Responsibilities

• Find and Mitigate Risks in AI Projects. Take an analytical approach to assess AI systems for potential risks and impacts and prevent harm to people, patients and society.

• Be a responsible AI consultant. Work with business and technical stakeholders to understand business needs and recommend appropriate mitigations and guardrails for responsible AI design.

• Test and evaluate cutting edge AI. Support testing and evaluation of AI models, agents and systems for performance, safety, security and explainability (XAI), including both quantitative methods and qualitative assessments.

• Support development and implementation of policy processes and further the field of AI ethics. Be involved with building a safe, responsible, and ethical AI ecosystem in the organization and external industry, with opportunities to support community engagement and training initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing

Case Management

• Manage end-to-end case lifecycle from submission to policy issuance
• Perform proactive follow-ups on pending cases to ensure timely closure
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of submissions at point of entry
• Track and resolve underwriting or documentation issues
  

Channel Support and reporting

• Provide day-to-day operational support to the Channel head
• Assist in monitoring and reporting on pipeline movement, case progress and turnaround time
• Support preparation of reports, updates and tracking for business reviews
• Enable smooth execution by ensuring operational efficiency
• Maintain accurate case trackers and follow-up logs
• Highlight key issues and provide proposed solutions to the Channel head
• Identify gaps in the submission-to-inception workflow and suggest new procedures to improve operational efficiency
  

Stakeholders Support

Bankers & Partners Relationship Management

• Assist in campaign fulfilment and tracking

What You Should Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of case management experience ideally within insurance bancassurance, banking, or the High Net Worth (HNW) sector
• Experience in life insurance, new business or policy servicing preferred and exposure to HNW cases would be an advantage
• Knowledge of life insurance industry in Singapore and/or Asia would be a plus
• Good understanding of underwriting requirements, insurance products, and relevant regulations (e.g., MAS guidelines in Singapore)
• Strong sense of ownership with follow-up and coordination skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders internally and externally
