•              Track PR, PO, GR, invoicing, MSA, eCRF and onboarding/offboarding activities

•              Maintain financial trackers, portfolio reports, headcount, and vendor information.

•              Support Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) allocation and timesheet compliance

•              Perform Third Party Risk Assessments (TPRA) for suppliers

•              Maintain organizational charts, asset allocation (laptops, equipment), and resource list

•              Ensure e-learning compliance for the team and other adhoc/admin activities

•              Support multiple Project Managers to manage Financials

•              Contract Lodgment for multiple projects.

•              Support ITT Department in PR Creation and PO monitoring

•              Invoice Processing and Invoice follow up with vendor

•              Actual tracking and Accrual of financials for multiple projects

Responsibilities:

• Scheduled, pair up and coordinated job with technicians (Planning, Scheduling, Rostering)

• Receive enquiry via call, email, or WhatsApp.

• Prepare daily schedule and checklist

• Prepare and send quotation for repair or replacement works.

• Follow up with the customer for quotation approval.

• Record job confirmation for tracking.

• Prepare and submit for all side EPTW, namelist, RA, SWP, MOS, HP for monthly servicing and repair works.

• Check, scan service report in system and submit to client

• Monitor and follow up of water treatment report with NEA submission

• Submit contractor summary sheet after job completed for repair and servicing

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.

• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls including feedback and enquiry from Public, EMSU, HDB/Commercial Operations and Technical Team.
• Record all feedback and incidents reported to Command Centre onto the Daily Report.
• Check and monitor the smooth running of all automated car parks.
• Monitor and ensure the HDB Server PCs, EHT Host and CEPAS Settlement PC are in good working condition at all times.
• Check incoming email regularly and promptly process the work requests from HDB and other Authorities.
• Check and monitor the working KPIs for HDB car parks and send reminder to HDB Operations Team before the cut off time.

Key Requirements

• Minimum N-Level Certificate.

• Basic understanding of IT systems, especially monitoring systems, server dashboards, or simple troubleshooting.

• Minimum 1 year experience in call centre or carpark systems.

• Able to handle public feedback.

• Willing to work shift hours, weekends, or publicholidays, and may be required to cover night shift if duty personnel is on MC.
