• BS or MS degree in a relevant discipline (including life sciences, biology, pharmacy, bioinformatics, business administration, or a related field) 

Skills: 
• Molecular biology techniques, cloning, cell culture, gel electrophoresis
• Research Literacy and interest in genomics and related life sciences
• Detail-oriented and highly organised
• Strong note-taking and document management skills
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Proficient with common office software and research-related tools
• High standards of integrity in handling confidential information
• Self-motivated to learn and improve the operational standards of the lab

Experience: 
• Prior experience in research administration, grant management, or laboratory operations is preferred
• Wet-lab experience (in molecular biology, cloning, cell culture, gel electrophoresis) is an advantage 

We are hiring contract admin assistant to be outsourced to our clients

Job responsibilities:

• Manage incoming mail, document scanning, filing, and record maintenance.
• Support corporate secretarial activities, including document preparation, certification, notarisation, and file management.
• Maintain and update client and corporate records within internal systems.
• Assist with client due diligence (CDD) reviews, compliance monitoring, and follow-up of outstanding documentation.
• Conduct basic background and public-source searches to support compliance requirements.
• Monitor compliance alerts, risk assessments, and ongoing review deadlines.
• Provide administrative and operational support to internal teams as required.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely completion of assigned tasks.
