Job Description

JERA Global Markets manages a large global fleet of over 20 owned and spot mid-term charters and will be responsible for driving further growth in this activity.

• Accountable for updating the LNG business for all new and existing maritime regulations that impact business activities.
• Support new and emerging trading opportunities, providing technical solutions for associated commercial challenges
• Review and support negotiation of SPA/MSPA/CN Clauses and address shipping related contractual matters within LNG sales Agreements
• Support and provide input on ship/shore compatibility issues where required
• Collaborate and work with vessel owners considering Owner’s marine policy or vessel related structural or technical challenges pertaining to potential trading activities

Job Purpose

The Assistant Manager, Regional Human Capital Management (HCM), plays a critical role in supporting and driving regional HR initiatives across Company Group subsidiaries in Southeast Asia and Oceania (SEAO). Working in close partnership with the Senior Manager, HCM, this role contributes to the development and implementation of strategic HR frameworks, strengthens regional HR operations, and supports the delivery of key talent management programmes.

We are seeking an experienced, integrated communications professional to drive and deliver strategic, cross-channel communications that strengthen AWWA’s reputation and amplify our impact. This role covers internal and external communications, media relations, digital and social strategy, design-led content, and brand governance. The ideal candidate translates complex issues into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences (staff, partners (donors/volunteers), media and the public) and brings hands-on executional skills across media, social, design, digital analytics and events.

Responsibilities

Strategic Communications & Narrative Building

• Shape and articulate compelling organizational narratives that highlight AWWA’s mission, programmes, and impact.
• Develop and deliver integrated communications plans aligned to organizational priorities to enhance awareness and engagement across key audiences.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align content across channels and ensure message coherence.
• Work with agency and vendor partners to deliver effective communication campaigns and creative materials.

Media Relations & Reputation Management

• Support with proactive media engagement strategies to build AWWA’s visibility and credibility.
• Draft / support the drafting of press releases, media advisories, factsheets, FAQs and campaign toolkits.
• Develop story angles and drive pitching efforts (draft pitch ideas, refine angles with agencies, tailor outreach to target outlets).

• Prepare spokespeople and stakeholders for media outreach, including media lists, invitations, interview logistics and general media servicing.

• Provide on-site communications and media coordination support at events and major platforms.

• Monitor media trends, outlet landscapes and stakeholder sentiment; recommend suitable publications/channels and identify opportunities.

• Develop visual communications (graphic design, templates, infographics).

Branding

• Maintain brand consistency across channels and materials; review content for brand alignment before publishing.
• Develop engaging, on‑brand content and visual concepts to strengthen storytelling (propose visual concepts and messaging approaches).
• Ensure consistent application of brand and corporate identity across all touchpoints.

Internal communications & staff engagement

• Support internal communications strategy and delivery to strengthen culture, alignment and staff engagement (intranet, newsletters, townhalls, campaigns).
• Support internal channels and content (newsletters, internal events) to ensure timely, consistent, and motivating communication
• Develop creative internal storytelling campaigns that highlight staff contributions, organizational values, and impact stories.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 4–9years of relevant experience in corporate, non-profit, or public-sector communications.
