Job Description:

• Manage large number of incoming calls. Directly work with customers by answering product and service questions; furnishing information about other products and services; process orders and prepare delivery documents; correspond with and go the extra miles to fulfill customer’s needs to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determine the cause(s) of the problem; discuss and propose solution; execute and follow up to ensure satisfactory closure.

• If problem was complicated or systemic, to escalate and redirect the issue to the appropriate team or department for resolution.

• Documentation and maintenance of customer records and operation details:

  • Keep detailed customer records and update customer records after each interaction (such as compliment, complaint and feedback) with that customer.

  • Assist the Sales and Marketing Team in boosting sales and performance. This include providing feedback on market intelligence, competitors’ activities, setting up appointments or following up with customers after their first interaction with the salesperson.

  • Prepare performance and other administration reports

  • Interface with various functional areas to co-ordinate scheduling activities to meet committed plans and customer’s sales / service order.

• Coordinate and resolve potential conflict of scheduling priorities and resource allocation with the plant process owners and drivers to ensure all delivery / collection activities are carried out in a timely manner.

• Conduct briefing to ensure that the drivers and assistants know their specific job scope and equipping requirements, safe work method, work schedule, delivery time frame as well as compliance with the Safe Operational Procedure, and performance standard of their assigned task.

• Monitor terms and conditions of Purchase / Work Orders received from customers and follow up closely on the delivery dates and quantity to be fulfilled.

• Assist in logistics resource forecasting and capacity planning, monitoring and motivating drivers and delivery assistants work performance, skills and training needs.

• Keeping record of work hours and trips performed by drivers and delivery assistants 

• Conduct field visits with Drivers and Assistants twice per month (PPE will be provided).

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong IT skills with expertise in MS Office and software applications.

• A strong focus on delivering excellent customer service, with a positive, meticulous, and proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Ability to multitask, prioritise responsibilities, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Minimum of 3 years in a dynamic customer service and operations planning/control environment, showcasing maturity and expertise.

• Willing to handle the operations phone during weekends and public holidays.

Duties and Responsibilities

Transaction Execution Support 

• Support end-to-end execution of M&A transactions, including preparation of transaction workplans, diligence trackers, and process timelines.
• Assist in managing deal processes from initial evaluation through signing and closing.

• Support review of target financials and help identify key risks, red flags, and value drivers through diligence.  

Diligence & Data Analysis 

• Manage and maintain data rooms, diligence request lists, and workstream trackers.
• Support the review and analysis of diligence outputs including financial, operational, legal, HR, compliance, and commercial findings.
• Summarise key diligence insights into structured recommendations for senior decision makers.  

Market & Target Research 

• Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and strategic analysis to support investment theses.
• Support target screening and pipeline development through research and database generation where required.
• Assist in building regional target lists and evaluating strategic fit against EiM’s growth priorities.  

Stakeholder Communication & Project Management 

• Support engagement with school founders, operators, advisors, and internal stakeholders through clear documentation and structured follow-up.

• Work across multiple workstreams under pressure, maintaining accuracy, pace, and prioritisation.

Requirement:

Student Recruitment Operations

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Academic Education and Work Experience

Grow Fundraising Campaigns & Volunteering Opportunities

• Engage, onboard, and support charities to launch and strengthen fundraising campaigns and volunteering opportunities on GSG platform, including collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop innovative partnerships via GSG
• Identify strategic opportunities (e.g. seasonal peaks, crises, thematic months) with charity partners to drive campaign creation to maximise platform traction, as well as donor and/or volunteers' engagement
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather and share relevant info (such as partners' feedback and market intel), and campaign reviews to increase quantity and quality of campaigns

Intelligence, Monitoring & Account Insights

• Develop strong understanding of the charity landscape to anticipate charity partner's needs and risks.
• Build and maintain accurate and updated insights, including charity partner profiles, contact reports, and market intelligence, partners' feedback on GSG platform and other comparable platforms, to inform engagement strategy and portfolio prioritization
• Identify partners' readiness issues, risks, and feedback, and flag significant issues promptly to internal stakeholders to enable timely interventions

Support for Other Organisational Priorities

• Collaborate with internal teams to support broader NVPC initiatives, including campaigns and events (e.g, CTOG, PVPA), and enhancing/streamlining of systems and operational processes and workflows
• Undertake other duties aligned with organisational priorities within agreed timelines and scope, including support for cross-team collaborations aligned with organisational priorities

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Social Sciences, or a related discipline
• Prior experience in account management, partnerships, sales & marketing, or stakeholder management is advantageous
• Experience supporting or working with non-profit organisations is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to understand and analyse partner needs, and provide consultative support
• Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive, collaborative, and able to work effectively with diverse internal teams
• Familiarity with digital platforms, fundraising, or volunteer engagement is a plus

• Preparing files for scanning at vendor premises
• Performing quality control checks on digitised documents and uploading scanned copies on IW.
• Supporting other ad-hoc related work

Requirement

• Prior experience in records management
• Minimum GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level or equivalent
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word)
• Detail-oriented with good organisational skills

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Finance, Business Admin or related discipline.
• With 2 + years’ experience in compliance, risk management, or business support within the banking or financial services sector

• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with compliance tools or screening systems
