Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer enquiries and service requests.
• Coordinate service or delivery orders with customers, shipping agents and internal teams.
• Track service request status and provide updates.
• Prepare quotations, process invoices and monitor payment status.
• Support service and spare parts sales activities.
• Maintain proper documentation and review service quality.
• Manage after-hours service hotline for urgent requests if required.

Requirements
• Nitec or Diploma in Business Administration or related field
• Experience in customer service or service coordination
• Marine industry experience is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; SAP and Salesforce knowledge preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills; able to work independently and in a team
