• Oversee and manage key ecommercel channels and accounts, specifically Redmart, Fairprice Online, Pandamart and Scommerce (Shopee Supermarket).
• Manage day-to-day operations across the above-mentioned channels and accounts ensuring accuracy and execution excellence.
• Drive assortment expansion, pricing strategy, and promotional effectiveness to optimise online sales performance.
• Negotiate trading terms, visibility investments, and campaign participation.
• Work closely with the Brand, Operations and Logistics teams and ensure alignment on sales plans and fulfilment.
• Plan and execute promotional calendars, maximising performance during key campaigns (e.g. Double Digit Days, MegaCampaigns).
• Monitor and analyse sales performance, providing regular insights and recommendations to the management team.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Deliver key business KPIs, including sales targets, gross profit, fulfilment performance, and on-time delivery

Requirements

• MUST have at least 3 years of experience
• in managing listings, sales, promotions etc for FMCG products on RedMart and FairPrice Online/Marketplace

Salary and Remuneration

• Basic Monthly Salary of SGD5,500 to SGD 6,000.
• An annual incentive programme based on the achievement of KPIs/targets

Working Hours and Office Location

Lead Generation & Conversion

Design& Content Support

Who You Are

• Experienced in e-commerce sales – not just admin, but someone who knows how to drive real results

• AI-curious & practical – actively using AI tools to improve efficiency, content, and reach

Responsibilities

• Able to manage project with minimal supervision;
• Attends external project kick-off meetings, meetings with clients or consultants as well as technical and co-ordination meetings, project meetings and internal project closure meeting;
• Ensures the adherence to the safe work procedure (SWP) established; and implement risk control measures;
• Resolves site problems proactively in a timely manner;
• Ensures the timely preparation of project progress and other reports;
• Follows up on all aspects of QA/QC matters; records all defects works and ensure proper documentation;
